Returns Policy

Products are generally made within a specific timeframe based on orders.  Due to the time and cost of natural products, there is a no return policy.  If items are damaged, please contact our customer service for assistance.

If you have an issue with an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly regarding items from your order.


Processing time is subject to change based on availability! We try our best to keep all items in stock, however everything is made fresh and processing time is 7-14 business days.  Shipping time is 2-3 days, and all orders will come with a tracking number once complete.

You will receive an email or text regarding pickup, shipment, and/or delivery once your order is complete.  Please adhere to the appropriate methods of contact and business hours provided.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
